Tennis Shop Attendant

Tumble Brook Country Club is seeking a friendly service-oriented Tennis Shop Attendant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a hospitality-focused environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to members and guests.

• Welcome and assist members and guests at the tennis courts with a warm professional demeanor.
• Manage court reservations equipment rentals and accurately process fees.
• Answer incoming calls and provide helpful information regarding tennis programs and services.
• Enforce club rules and ensure proper use of facilities and equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of courts and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support the maintenance team in keeping courts in top playing condition.
• Represent the club positively at local and regional tennis events when possible.
• Maintain a clean and organized tennis shop environment.
• Promote a culture of safety and service excellence.

• Previous experience in tennis operations and customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Frequently stands walks uses hands; talks and hears reaches with hands and arms climbs balances; stoops kneels crouches or crawls. Occasionally sits. Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
