Community Manager Tenant Experience Manager

What this job involves: Are you a highly personable creative professional who thrives on building community and creating memorable experiences As the Community Manager Tenant Experience Manager at Keystone Crossing you will serve as the premier brand ambassador for our this dynamic role you will elevate the tenant experience by orchestrating upscale events driving engagement through our digital campus app and welcoming new tenants with seamless onboarding and personalized tours. By bridging high-tech convenience with high-touch hospitality you will play a critical role in fostering a vibrant connected workplace culture that positions Keystone Crossing as a premier destination for business.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Serve as the active welcoming face of Keystone Crossing proactively initiating conversations and building strong relationships with tenants across the campus.
• Plan market and execute a diverse calendar of upscale tenant events ranging from small social gatherings to large-scale campus activations.
• Oversee the administration and engagement of the Keystone Crossing App including assisting tenants with mobile access setup and promoting digital features.
• Manage the onboarding process for new tenants organizing meetings with key decision-makers and conducting comprehensive campus amenity tours.
• Provide hands-on support for tenant meetings by demonstrating and troubleshooting conference room A/V setups and facility technology.
• Maintain track and execute the annual tenant experience budget to ensure high-quality delivery of all events and campus initiatives.
• Collaborate with onsite property management teams to ensure tenant feedback is integrated into daily operations and community-building efforts.

On-site presence required

Schedule: Monday through Friday.8am to 5pm.

Salary: $65000-$80000

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience successfully planning organizing and executing large-scale events and campus activations for groups of 200 to 400 attendees.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience planning tracking and executing annual operational or event budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people and act as a brand ambassador.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a self-starter mindset with the capability to work autonomously while remaining a cohesive team player.
• High level of comfort using and troubleshooting workplace technologies including mobile applications and conference room A/V equipment.
• Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to manage multiple event timelines tenant requests and administrative tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Marketing Communications Event Management or a related field.
• Experience working within commercial real estate corporate hospitality or coworking environments.
• Familiarity with property management or tenant engagement software platforms and digital community-building tools.
• Creative graphic design or digital marketing skills to assist in drafting promotional flyers newsletter content and app notifications.
• Strong knowledge of the local retail dining and entertainment landscape to curate unique local partnerships and vendor relationships.

Location: Onsite Keystone Crossing
