Please note this is a temporary position.

This is a hybrid on-site position.We are looking for candidates whoare able towork in our Jacksonville FL office location on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday.

Hourly pay of $17-$20

Duties/Responsibilities for the Recruiting Specialist:

100% on the phone

Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply for open jobs (headsets dual monitor and laptops provided)

Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions (template provided)

Making job offers sending background checks

Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation

Required Skills/Abilities:

Enjoy talking with people

Bi-lingual (Spanish / English) highly preferred

Experience with MS Excel

Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams 0365

Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment

Strong organizational & communication skills

Familiarity with online job-hunting websites

Passion for People

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Ability to provide a stable internet connection and quiet professional work environment when working from home
