Temporary InSite Administrator – 3 Month Assignment

Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes and always acting in a safe manner
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to onsite operations and management.
- Assist with data entry filing document preparation and maintaining accurate records.
- Review and organize daily paperwork and other operational documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable/accounts receivable paperwork as needed.
- Support payroll-related administrative tasks as assigned.
- Help coordinate employee paperwork onboarding documentation physicals and drug screenings.
- Maintain employee training records and other information in company databases.
- Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets for management.
- Answer phones respond to emails and assist with general office communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams employees vendors and subcontractors as needed.
- Perform additional administrative duties based on business needs.
- Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
- Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative clerical or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Waste Disposal Comprehensive disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste at Company-owned facilities
- Recycling Services Extensive recycling reuse and reclamation options for materials such as solvents chemicals oil and electrical equipment
- Chemical Packing Safe efficient handling and disposal of the widest range of chemicals including reactives and compressed gases
- Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Services HHW collection programs of all types and sizes facilitated by Clean Harbors expert personnel
