Job Title:Temporary GME Assistant
This is a Temporary position limited to no more than 9-months.
Job Summary: | The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office is seeking a Temporary GME Assistant to support a variety of operational accreditation onboarding and special project activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment managing multiple priorities and contributing to the success of graduate medical education programs. This position will assist with critical GME functions throughout the year including resident and fellow onboarding and offboarding accreditation data collection and reporting process improvement initiatives training support and compliance tracking. The role requires strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Support resident and fellow onboarding and offboarding activities. Collect review and maintain data from electronic systems including MedHub and Smartsheet. Assist with accreditation-related projects and annual data submissions. Create presentations templates instructional materials and process documentation. Track compliance requirements and send reminders regarding outstanding items. Assist with training workshops and educational sessions. Support special projects and operational initiatives within the GME Office. |
Work Location: | Remote this role is eligible to work remotely but the employee must be in the United States. |

Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Due to the sensitive nature of the work currently enrolled CU School of Medicine medical students and MSTP students will not be considered. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in higher education healthcare or administrative support environments. Experience using Microsoft Office applications Smartsheet SharePoint OneNote or similar platforms. Experience supporting projects data management or compliance activities. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and follow established procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams Excel PowerPoint OneDrive and related technology platforms. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Dependability and professionalism. |

Anticipated Pay Range: | The hiring range for this position has been established at: $20.00 per hour. The above hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. Temporary employees are only eligible for sick leave benefits. |
