Your Opportunity:
Taylor Corporation is looking for a Temporary Equipment Operator to join our this role you will support production by setting up and operating printing equipment while maintaining quality standards and meeting production deadlines.

Work Authorization:
To be considered for Taylor opportunities candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift:
Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards.
• Perform daily weekly and monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Mix and prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper for the correct type size color and quantity.
• Inspect plates to confirm the correct format.
• Visually inspect forms throughout each production run to maintain quality.
• Work with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs reorganizing work as needed to meet changing deadlines.
• Follow all safety requirements and procedures related to the position and equipment.

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of mechanical ability.
• Good reading and comprehension skills.

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25 pounds by lifting pushing pulling and/or carrying.
