Minimum Qualifications
Required 2-3 years cleaning experience. Prefer 1 year minimum in institutional cleaning Able to pass a criminal background check in order to carry college keys.
Preferred Qualifications
Must be able to read and understand product information labels MSDS sheets work orders written instructions etc. Able to work independently and as a member of a team to carry out work assignments in a timely manner. Able to use all types of custodial equipment needed in your area to complete the work properly and efficiently depending on the needs of the area such as: vacuum cleaners back pack vacuums rotary floor machines burnishes auto scrubbers pressure washers shower cleaning systems extension poles ladders light duty spot extractors etc.
