This position requires strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. -Position: Custodian Floater
-Schedule: Varies 30-40 hours weekly (Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM)
-Compensation:$16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain cleanliness of common areas within the building
-Sweep mop dust wipe down and sanitize areas
-Clean restrooms and storage areas
-Remove trash and replace liners disposing of waste in designated areas
-Restock supplies
-Work in various weather conditions
-Perform other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor
Skills/Qualifications:
-Must pass HBM prescreen check
-High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
-Valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle is preferred
-Previous experience in custodial housekeeping or related fields preferred but not required
-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
-Strong public relations and communication skills
-Capable of performing basic manual labor cleaning common areas frequently lifting pushing pressing pulling and carrying a minimum of 25 lbs. (up to 40 lbs.) reaching overhead grasping objects bending kneeling crawling squatting climbing stretching walking up and down stairways using elevators climbing ladders and standing throughout shifts
