We are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team in North Ridgeville.
This will be a short term position covering maternity leave. Start Date of Early/Mid-August wroking through end of November or December exact dates pending.
FULL TIME HOURS: Roughly 8:00am-4:00ppm Monday-Friday final working hours can be discussed.
THIS IS AN IN OFFICE POSITION
Entering Timesheets
Filing/Scanning
Taking appointments answering all incoming phone communication
Following up on web leads
Creating accounts for new clients
Making appointments for sales staff as well as maintaining calendars
Processing credit card payments-(potentially)
