Nonexempt Hourly Rate: $23.00 | Type of position: Full-time Nonexempt (Temporary) | Hours: B Shift / 2st shift |
General Description: Job responsibilities: Creating manifests Billing orders as they close (leave) shipping Resolve any discrepancy preventing the bill with shipping department Generate invoices confirm pricing pallets freight rates and PO numbers Update tracking spreadsheets daily Prepare and handle export documents Other clerical duties as assigned | ||
Systems Used: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook ECS and a 10-key calculator are used daily. General computer knowledge effective communication skills & the ability to multi-task are required. | ||
Requirements Excellent verbal and written communications skills Recommended 6 Months office experience Microsoft Office proficiency Weekend availability may be required Ability to multi-task Strong Attention to detail | ||
