• Min. of 1 year Nuc experience CT experience a PLUS- REQUIRED
• Previous travel experience- PREFFERD
• Venipuncture experience- required
• NYS license- required
• ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certificate (either accepted)- required
• GE machine experience- Required
• EPIC EMR -Required
• McKesson PACS- required
• NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED
• PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS NEED WITH YOUR TRAVELER TO ENSURE THEY WILL MEET ALL MEDICAL/VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS BEFORE UPLOAD TO TRIO.

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current NY State Rad Tech License ARRT OR NMTCB BLS and PERM ADDRESS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
