Requirement description :
- Previous OR Circulating experience - REQUIRED
- Ortho OB-GYN and General - REQUIRED
- Urology and Ophthalmic - PREFERRED
- Prior travel experience - PEFERRED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : License must be active at time of submission!
Weekend Requirements : On call only
On Call Requirements : 10-11 days of call per month required
