TEMP IT Telecommunications Analyst On Site

We are a full-service HVAC building automation chiller and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance as well as engineering applications and automated control systems.

This position is responsible for ordering setting up and deploying all employee cellular devices and air cards setting up and deploying Avaya VoIP phones and extensions and providing general customer support for all IT-related issues.

Responsible for cellular and VoIP telecommunications for all employees.

Order set up and deploy cellular devices for new employees.
Provide replacement devices for broken/lost/stolen inventory.
Order accessory supplies for iPads/Phones/air cards.
Provide customer support for any Cellular/iPad/Aircard device issues.
Manage device activation/deactivation through Wireless Watch Dogs and Intune portals.
Set up new VoIP extensions and voicemails and provide desk phones.
Troubleshoot all issues relating to cellular and VoIP devices.
Provide general IT support for our internal help desk.

Bachelors Degree Technical School Certificate in the related field or equivalent.
2 years in a technical/telecommunications supporting role required
A certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of Android and Apple Devices.
Technical knowledge of Windows OS O365 and Intune.
Must be organized and be able to work within deadlines.
Professional well-spoken and customer service-orientated.

Compensation Range: $23 - $28 per hour
