Temp Compliance Officer requires:
- 2 months project

- Communicate verbally and in writing appropriately

- Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment

- Commit to the project time line
DUTIES
- Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed.
- Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
Communicating with the public so good customer service skills are a MUST - Advise complainant of the Divisions jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason
- Provide any resources or referrals as appropriate
- Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
- Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.
Document the actions in the OnBase system.
