What Youll Do

As a Member Service Representative/Teller youll be the first point of contact for our members providing friendly accurate and efficient service while building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Process member transactions including deposits withdrawals loan payments cashiers checks money orders and cash advances.
• Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate daily transactions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members financial needs.
• Answer incoming calls respond to member questions and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Welcome members and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
• Assist with administrative duties including scanning filing data entry and other support tasks.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to six months of cash handling teller retail banking customer service or related experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable cross selling products and services that genuinely benefit members.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong math computer and keyboarding skills.
