We are now seeking a Bilingual Spanish Full-time Teller for our Downtown San Jose Branch. Ideal candidates will:

• Have excellent communication & people skills
• Thrive on building relationships
• Comfortable with business development events and cross sales
• Have experience working with cash
• Have front-line customer service experience
• Fluent in Spanish verbal and written

Essential Job Functions include:

• Build customer relationships
• Discuss products and services with members
• Receives and processes customer financial transactions including deposits withdrawals loan payments; merchandise sales
• Assists members with opening and closing accounts
• Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including processing reports filing computer input and answering the telephone.
• Balances cash drawer and daily transactions and maintains security of all cash tickets and negotiables
• Attend business development events

Education and Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience
• High school education or GED
• Bilingual Spanish

Salary Range: $23 to $27 per hour
