Start your career in financial services with a team that values service collaboration and professional growth. We are looking for a motivated Teller who is eager to learn provide outstanding member experience and grow within the credit union industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits withdrawals payments cash checks and transfers
Assist and educate members on the use of online accounts mobile banking and other remote channels.
Assist members with ITM/ATM transactions and questions.
Build positive member relationships by identifying member needs and recommending products/services.
Resolve routine member concerns and issues efficiently with professionalism and patience to attract to maintain members.
Proactive use of fraud-detection resources to identify suspicious activity early protect member assets and uphold integrity of the credit union.
Support branch opening/closing procedures and assist with branch workflow and coverage
Foster a fun and collaborative environment to service our members grow relationships and engage with your peers.

Qualifications:

Experience: One month to one year experience. Previous credit union or financial experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Required Skills:
Passionate about exceptional member service and relationship building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with banking systems digital tools and Microsoft office products

Employment Details:
Location: HRCCU Corinth Branch 1 Third Street Corinth NY 12822
Hours: Part-time every week Tuesday-Friday 9am-2 pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
Payrate: $20.00-$24.00 based on candidates experience qualifications and demonstrated skills relevant to the position.
