Job Summary
Inova Blood Donor Services is seeking a full-time Tele-recruiter (PAA1) on-site at our Sterling VA Nokes Blvd office.
(Will be required to work front-facing 3-4 days each month at the Woodburn and Dulles locations).
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm
Days: Monday - Saturday - Must be available to work 5 x 8 hour days (Once trained will have flexibility to work from home on Saturdays only)
Job Responsibilities:
- Answers Blood Donor Services calls schedules and confirms appointments.
- Contacts existing and previous donors to build loyalty and schedule future blood donations.
- Greets arriving blood donors at Inova Dulles and Woodburn sites. Creates a welcoming atmosphere and delivers an exceptional donor experience.
- May perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: 1 year of customer service or 1 year of experience in a medical setting. (Associates degree in lieu of experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years customer service experience or 1 year experience in a medical setting
