Telemarketing Representative

We are hiring a Telemarketing Representative to conduct outbound calls promoting products or services to prospective customers. Youll generate interest qualify leads and support sales efforts through effective phone communication.

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Present product or service information clearly and persuasively
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments
• Record call outcomes and update contact records
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets
• Handle objections professionally and follow scripts as needed
• Maintain a positive professional phone manner

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-1 year of telemarketing sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with repetitive phone-based work
• Resilient and goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills for call tracking systems

• Base pay plus commission
