Technology Transformation Specialist Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technology Transformation Specialistfor a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role supports and tracks change initiatives across Capital Markets Technology to improve development efficiency financial transparency project delivery discipline and alignment with the enterprise operating model. This position combines transformation support stakeholder coordination data analysis and executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess current technology operating practices including Jira usage project management tools reporting processes and data quality
• Support change management communications training and user adoption activities
• Track transformation milestones outcomes risks and dependencies and provide regular progress reporting
• Gather and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders and data sources into clear actionable presentations and recommendations
• Reconcile and validate data across Jira ServiceNow SPM Excel and other reporting sources
• Build and maintain internal trackers KPIs dashboards and project management reports
• Identify process reporting and data-quality gaps and support the development of practical improvements
• Coordinate follow-ups and action items across technology business management finance and project delivery stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience supporting project delivery technology operations or enterprise transformation initiatives
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop clear executive-ready presentations
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables lookup functions data validation and data reconciliation
• Experience using Jira for project delivery or book-of-work tracking
• Ability to organize and analyze information from multiple stakeholders systems and data sources
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in project and financial data
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Desired skills:

• Familiarity with book-of-work reporting operating model transformation financial project tracking and technology portfolio management
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management or SPM
• Experience building and maintaining KPIs internal trackers dashboards and management reporting
• SQL and Power BI experience is desirable but not required

Pay range up to: $60.90per hour
