A nationally recognized Am Law 50 firm is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising clients on technology intellectual property licensing data software and commercial transactions across a wide range of industries.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota
Approximately 2-4 years of technology transactions intellectual property or commercial transactions experience
Experience drafting and negotiating technology-related agreements
Familiarity with intellectual property licensing SaaS software data and technology matters preferred
Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
What Youll Do
Draft and negotiate technology licensing SaaS software and commercial agreements
Advise clients on intellectual property and technology-related transactions
Support mergers acquisitions financings and strategic transactions involving technology assets
Counsel clients regarding data privacy and intellectual property issues
Conduct legal research and prepare client-facing analyses
Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on sophisticated transactional matters
