Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to lead application system design development and programming initiatives
ensuring high-quality scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive full-stack development and system design
Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
Ensure code quality performance and best practices and Manage CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery.

Required Skills:
8 years in Java (latest versions) Microservices & Spring Boot APIs
Expertise: Java Spring Boot REST APIs Hibernate Kafka Snowflake
Azure/AWS Strong in Agile (XP) TDD Pair Programming
Hands-on with System Analysis Dev lifecycle CI/CD
