As a Technology Engineer within PNCs Technology organization you will be based in Pittsburgh PA; Cleveland OH; Birmingham AL; Dallas TX or Lakewood CO

Key Responsibilities:
-Design develop test and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java (Spring Boot) and/ (.NET Core ).
-Build scalable RESTful APIs microservices and event-driven services supporting high-volume business transactions.
-Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis design coding testing deployment and support.
-Collaborate with application infrastructure and security teams to integrate security requirements into solution designs and development standards.
-Develop and implement security controls for authentication authorization encryption secure communications and data protection.
-Participate in code reviews with a focus on security performance scalability and maintainability.
-Support production issue analysis incident response activities and root cause investigations related to application security events.
-Promote adoption of DevSecOps practices and security automation within CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications:
-Understanding of secure coding principles and common application security vulnerabilities.
-Experience with enterprise application architectures REST APIs microservices and cloud-native development.
-Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 CWE classifications and vulnerability remediation techniques.
-Experience performing secure code reviews and analyzing security scan results.
-Experience working within Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
-Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Base Salary: $86250.00 $158125.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.

Generally this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 07/14/2026 although it may be longer with business discretion.
