Responsibilities

• Support process analysis and documentation across insurance operations
• Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows (Power Automate UiPath or similar tools)
• Collaborate on AI solutions such as document classification data extraction and chatbots
• Help test monitor and document automation solutions
• Work with internal users to identify process improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports documentation and project updates

• Bachelors degree or ongoing studies in Information Systems Engineering Business Administration Operations Management Data/Analytics or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience including internships or academic projects
• Knowledge or strong interest in process automation and intelligent automation including RPA and low-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate UiPath Zapier Make)
• Understanding of applied AI concepts and their use in process optimization
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (SQL is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
