We are looking for motivated Entry Level Automotive Technicians who are eager to learn build their skills. Whether youve recently graduated from an automotive program have hands-on mechanical experience or simply have a strong passion for working on vehicles well provide the training mentorship and career path to help you succeed.

The pay for this position is $18 - $25 per hour.

As an Entry Level Technician youll work alongside experienced professionals while developing your skills performing:
- Routine maintenance including oil changes tire rotations and fluid services
- Multi-point vehicle inspections
- Brake inspections and basic brake service
- Tire installation balancing and repairs
- Battery testing and replacement
- Vehicle diagnostics using Toyota factory equipment (as training progresses)
- Maintaining accurate repair documentation
- Keeping a clean organized and safe work area
- Working as part of a collaborative high-performing service team
- Delivering quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations
- Passion for the automotive industry and a desire to build a long-term career
- Previous automotive experience trade school education or personal mechanical experience is a plusbut not required
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Dependable punctual and self-motivated
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow repair procedures and safety guidelines
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
