Technician Slots

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on slot machines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic problems with slot machines
• Replace faulty parts and components as needed
• Test machines to ensure they are functioning properly
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed
• Communicate with other members of the casino staff to ensure that all machines are functioning properly
• Provide excellent customer service to casino patrons
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations including late nights weekends and holidays; shifts may change.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

$22.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Knowledge of electronic and mechanical components
• Must have 10-key experience
• Must have strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite preferably in Excel
• Must be able to work Nights Weekends and Holidays
• Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• This position will primarily be indoor under controlled temperatures.
• Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
• Occasional: standing walking kneeling reaching pulling pushing and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Frequent: sitting with repetitive movement of arms hands and fingers.
• Speech and Vision abilities are required.
