Technician Maintenance II

Responsibilities:

• General maintenance of all facilities and property.
• Identify deficiencies related to maintenance of facilities and property.
• Identify need for maintenance and repair of Table Games layouts and for maintaining repairing and replacing Table Games layouts.
• Identify the need for and perform mid- to advanced-level painting plumbing electrical work carpentry and other maintenance tasks required for proper maintenance and upkeep of the property.
• Identify and diagnose deficiencies with HVAC system alarm system and generators and take necessary measures to correct deficiencies.
• Assist with developing preventive maintenance schedules and follow all such schedules.
• Answer all calls promptly and professionally.
• Keep work area in a clean and organized manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of HVAC system alarm systems and generators
• Ability to identify the need for and perform mid- to advanced level painting plumbing electrical work carpentry and other projects related to maintenance of the property.

• Required to stand and walk use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools and controls reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
• Required to bend or stoop and to lift up to 100 pounds including lifting overhead.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Exposed to variable temperatures smoke steam and wet areas.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually somewhat loud.

Target Salary Range:

$23 - $25 an hour
