Job Summary
- Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. Equivalency).
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
- Knowledgeable in Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Team player with organizational skills.
- High level attention to detail.
- Utilize district inventory software to maintain accurate inventory control and recover technology devices that has been reported lost stolen or damaged.
- Work with district police department to recover reported stolen devices.
- Communicate with parents/guardians for proper retrieval of non-returned devices from withdrawn students.
- Maintain accurate database of withdrawn students received from PowerSchool notifications.
- Work with Asset Management Department for accurate asset data for all withdrawn students.
- Ensure all decommissioned devices are documented and processed in a timely manner.
- Work with Information Technology Security team to ensure all lost or stolen devices are locked in a timely manner.
- Work with Human Capital Management Department to retrieve data of exiting staff.
- Collaborate with Dallas ISD Campus Staff as needed.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to parents students and employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/ or manager.
All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting requirements through personnel activity reports or periodic certification as appropriate.
