Technician Fluid Power

Job Responsibilities include:

Tear down and evaluation of components sent in for repair

Using hand/power tools and machining equipment (i.e. drill press lapping machine lathe etc.)

Reading schematics/diagrams/blueprints

Hydraulic test equipment operation including flow meters data acquisition multimeter calibrators

Testing hydraulic systems

Troubleshooting circuits

Test stand operation

Vendor communication for parts and service

Component assembly

Hydraulic component failure analysis

Working with Microsoft Office programs

Quoting repairs in Excel and Word

Emailing documents in Outlook

Other duties as assigned
