Who were looking for

TRD is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technician Engine Build.

What youll be doing

• Build and prepare production race engines for TRDs race teams.
• Assemble components according to engineering specifications following established processes and procedures.
• Deliver high-quality work addressing both scheduled and unschooled tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Taking ownership of meticulous attention to detail in both assembly processes and documentation.
• Update and maintain electronic build books with accurate component information.
• Support continuous improvement by refining processes and procedures in collaboration with team members.
• Troubleshoot issues and build technical understanding to resolve challenges effectively.
• Maintain a clean organized and tour-ready work area at all times.

What you will bring

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum five years experience in a racing engine environment.
• Hands-on engine cylinder head and sub-assembly builds
• Deep understanding of internal combustion engines
• Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in precise engine build measurements and tooling including and not limited to clearance torque and stretch.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).

• Standing: Frequent/Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day
• Walking: Occasionally/Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day
• Sitting: Occasionally/Intermittent
• Lifting: Up to 50 lbs. occasionally/Intermittent
• Carrying: Up to 50 lbs. occasionally/Intermittent
• Pushing/Pulling: 100 lbs. occasionally/Intermittent
