• Support preparation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule and associated project documentation including tasks milestones dates dependencies and weekly updates.
• Maintain content on approved collaboration platforms including document libraries schedules dashboards assignments points of contact meeting materials and cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Document and distribute weekly In-Progress Review materials and meeting minutes.
• Prepare meeting summaries and trip reports in the formats and timeframes required by the PWS.
• Support development and maintenance of transition-in and transition-out plans procedures schedules responsibilities risks and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Research technical concepts; write edit format fact-check and quality-control complex technical and management documents in accordance with required format and style standards.

• Must be U.S. Citizen
• A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.
• Three to five years of experience supporting preparing and editing technical management and other documents.
• Experience writing proofreading editing formatting fact/reference checking and graphically presenting technical information for technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation Range:

• The anticipated salary range the Employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is $71000 to $96000 annually.
