Job Summary
The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our pediatric healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering accurate and user-friendly documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
- Develop and maintain templates style guides and other resources to ensure consistency and quality of documentation.
- Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy clarity and consistency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure technical documentation meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English Communications or a related field.
- Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize complex information into clear and concise documentation.
- Experience with technical writing tools and software such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
