Required Skills
A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:
- Technical writing within enterprise IT or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of multi-environment architecture (DEV QA PROD).
- Proven experience preparing BOMs system architecture documentation and operational runbooks
- Solid knowledge of networking concepts (IP addressing ports protocols firewalls)
- Experience with security accreditation and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office Visio (or similar diagramming tools) and documentation platforms (e.g. Confluence SharePoint)
- Excellent analytical stakeholder management and communication skills
