Job Summary

Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer / Instructional Designer to design develop and deliver engaging learning solutions with a strong focus on video-based training eLearning and multimedia content development. The ideal candidate will leverage instructional design expertise adult learning principles and multimedia tools to create scalable learner-centered training programs that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led virtual self-paced blended and video-based learning solutions.
• Create engaging training materials including eLearning modules instructional videos storyboards scripts and multimedia assets.
• Produce software demonstrations microlearning videos scenario-based learning content and instructional walkthroughs.
• Utilize Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Camtasia to develop high-quality training content.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to transform complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop curriculum aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure training materials meet branding accessibility quality and compliance standards.
• Manage multiple instructional design and multimedia projects simultaneously.
• Perform content reviews quality assurance and editing of learning materials.
• Support organizational learning initiatives through innovative instructional strategies and multimedia solutions.
• Develop scripts storyboards voiceovers and interactive learning experiences.
• Apply best practices in adult learning instructional design and video production.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of instructional design experience.
• Proven experience creating video-based training programs.
• Advanced experience with:
  • Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
  • Camtasia
  • Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong experience in:
  • Curriculum Design
  • Training Needs Analysis
  • eLearning Development
  • Multimedia Content Creation
  • Video Production & Editing
  • Storyboarding & Script Writing
• Excellent communication presentation and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
