Job Summary
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer / Instructional Designer to design develop and deliver engaging learning solutions with a strong focus on video-based training eLearning and multimedia content development. The ideal candidate will leverage instructional design expertise adult learning principles and multimedia tools to create scalable learner-centered training programs that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop instructor-led virtual self-paced blended and video-based learning solutions.
Create engaging training materials including eLearning modules instructional videos storyboards scripts and multimedia assets.
Produce software demonstrations microlearning videos scenario-based learning content and instructional walkthroughs.
Utilize Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and Camtasia to develop high-quality training content.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to transform complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
Conduct training needs analysis and develop curriculum aligned with business objectives.
Ensure training materials meet branding accessibility quality and compliance standards.
Manage multiple instructional design and multimedia projects simultaneously.
Perform content reviews quality assurance and editing of learning materials.
Support organizational learning initiatives through innovative instructional strategies and multimedia solutions.
Develop scripts storyboards voiceovers and interactive learning experiences.
Apply best practices in adult learning instructional design and video production.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 4 years of instructional design experience.
Proven experience creating video-based training programs.
Advanced experience with:
Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
Camtasia
Microsoft Office Suite
Strong experience in:
Curriculum Design
Training Needs Analysis
eLearning Development
Multimedia Content Creation
Video Production & Editing
Storyboarding & Script Writing
Excellent communication presentation and visual storytelling skills.
Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
