Technical Trainer - Semiconductor Equipment - Up to $100K

An industry-leading semiconductor organization is seeking a Technical Trainer with semiconductor equipment experience to support training development and delivery for advanced industrial equipment in a cleanroom environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with semiconductor field service or fab experience who enjoys teaching developing technical materials and working directly with customers and internal engineering teams.

This is a full-time onsite position based in San Jose CA.

What Youll Do:

* Deliver technical training for semiconductor equipment both onsite and at customer locations

* Conduct classroom and hands-on laboratory instruction

* Train customers and technicians on equipment operation preventative maintenance applications and installation

* Develop and update technical course materials and lesson plans

* Verify technical procedures and documentation accuracy

* Support operation and maintenance of training equipment and cleanroom training facilities

* Present technical information clearly to various audiences

* Gather customer feedback to improve training programs

* Support knowledge sharing and mentoring efforts within the organization

Requirements:

* 5 years of semiconductor industry experience

* Experience working in cleanroom or fab environments

* Technical instructor trainer or course development experience

* Semiconductor process or semiconductor equipment experience

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Ability to develop technical documentation and training materials

* Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint

* Ability to travel up to 50% within the US

Preferred Experience:

* Photolithography equipment experience

* Field service engineering background

* Preventative maintenance training experience

Work Environment:

* Combination of office and cleanroom environments

* Must be comfortable wearing full cleanroom PPE including facemask gloves safety glasses and cleanroom suit
