Job Title: Technical Trainer

Duration:6 Months (Contract)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Trainer to develop and deliver engaging eLearning video-based training and instructional materials. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design multimedia development and stakeholder collaboration experience.

• Design and develop instructor-led virtual blended and eLearning training programs
• Create instructional videos eLearning modules storyboards scripts and training materials
• Develop engaging multimedia learning content using Articulate 360 and Camtasia
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into learner-friendly training solutions
• Ensure all training materials align with organizational standards branding and accessibility requirements
• Manage multiple training development projects while meeting deadlines
• Conduct quality reviews and maintain consistency across training deliverables
• Support training evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Minimum 4 years of instructional design experience required
• Experience creating video-based training content including scripting storyboarding narration and video editing
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Camtasia
• Experience in curriculum design training needs analysis and eLearning development
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent writing editing communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to independently develop training solutions from concept through delivery

• Experience developing blended learning and enterprise-wide training programs
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and compliance requirements
• Experience creating software application training and microlearning content
