Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Technical Support Specialist near Rochester NH to help keep a team of Field Technicians and Customers on track with service and repairs in the Printing and Packaging industries. Previous experience Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using technical documents over the phone or in an office setting is preferred. Primarily an office-based role.
Working from Gonic NH youll support a wide range of equipment and systems collaborating closely with Service Engineering Parts and Field Service teams. Whether youre interpreting technical drawings assisting a technician in the field or coordinating service activities your technical expertise and customer focus will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- $30.00 - $39.00/hour

Schedule:
- Days Monday to Friday. Primarily office based minor WFH offered on case by case basis.
- On-call rotational basis
Requirements:
- 2 Years experience in a technical service role.
- Customer facing experience with a customer first attitude.
- Professionalism and documentation.
- Technical reading and interpretation.
- Previous experience with heavy equipment or capital equipment is a major asset.
