Position Duties:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to field technicians and applicable departments.
• Serve as an escalation point for difficult service maintenance repair and installation issues.
• Develop and deliver classroom hands-on and field-based technical training.
• Create and maintain training materials competency checklists technical standards and troubleshooting resources.
• Establish consistent expectations for repairs maintenance installations diagnostics and workmanship.
• Partner with department leaders to define technician skill requirements and development paths.
• Research new equipment products systems and technologies before they are widely implemented in the field.
• Identify recurring technical issues determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate technical findings standards and recommendations to technicians managers and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems equipment service maintenance repair and installation.
• Demonstrated field experience troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Ability to read understand and apply manufacturer documentation and technical specifications.
• Experience developing or delivering technical training instruction or hands-on coaching.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Ability to influence technical performance promote accountability and work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong problem-solving decision-making initiative and independent follow-through.
