Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Eight or more years of experience in IT delivery systems implementation software engineering enterprise technology or technology architecture.
- Five or more years as a technical solution architect enterprise architect technical lead engineering lead or similar role on complex enterprise systems.
- Five or more years experience working with cross-functional product teams applying an iterative agile people-centered product design and development approach.
- Experience translating business goals user needs and policy or operational requirements into practical architecture and technical guidance.
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications modern integration approaches APIs data migration security controls accessibility considerations and phased implementation.
- Experience reviewing vendor technical designs development approaches and implementation deliverables for feasibility quality security maintainability and alignment with business outcomes.
- Experience using or evaluating generative AI or AI-assisted tools to support requirements analysis design review documentation development practices testing code review data migration or technical quality assurance.
- Strong written verbal facilitation analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work across business and technical teams communicate tradeoffs clearly and build alignment in a complex project environment.
