What You Will Do:

The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination monitoring communication and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:

• Attend meetings workshops conferences and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert

• Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews

• Serve as a Liaison between Performers Test & Evaluation contributors Government and Transition partners

• Review provide analysis and make recommendations concerning technical reports data and Performer approaches

• Select establish curate and maintain collaborative communication issue tracking and configuration environments for use by the program

• Provide reach-back support for program related requirements for systems integration design development modeling and simulation data analytics and architecture design

• Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the Program

• Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts beyond the Program but integral to the Programs success

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD securityclearance with a polygraph

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering computer engineering computer science applied physics or a related technical field

• FOUR (4) or more years of experience involving one or more of the following: wireless communications systems and protocol development RF engineering and antenna systems signal processing for communication waveforms

• TWO (2) or more years of experience using test and measurement equipment relevant to advanced communication technologies such as spectrum analyzers oscilloscopes or RF test platforms

• TWO (2) or more year of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team including creating program plans work breakdown structures and milestone schedules

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Masters degree or PhD in electrical engineering computer engineering computer science applied physics or a related technical field with four plus (4) years of work experience

• FOUR (4) or more years of experience with programming languages or tools commonly used in communications R&D such as GNU Radio Redhawk LabVIEW Python MATLAB C/C or embedded systems software

• TWO (2) or more years of experience with applying machine learning deep learning or advanced statistical signal processing to communications tasks

• TWO (2) or more years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) including experience with requirements CONOPS and transition

• Awareness of supplychain security and integration considerations for communications hardware RF subsystems antenna components and SDRbased systems

• FOUR (4) or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team

• ONE (1) or more year of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
