Job Summary
Milacron is looking for a LPIM Sales -Technical Support Specialist to join our team inBatavia this position you will be responsible for supporting the LPIM sales process end to end including applications engineering proposal development and cross-functional coordination to support both new machine sales and aftermarket Youll Do:Support full sales cycle activities including application reviews proposal prep and post-sale customer supportDevelop customer proposals and presentations including CAD layouts for work cells and system conceptsCoordinate across engineering production service and suppliers to support projects through startupAssist with aftermarket requests including parts retrofits and upgradesPartner with internal teams to support training customer needs and ongoing account successQualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering or Plastics Technology23 years of experience in a technical or sales support role with customer interactionBackground in plastics processing injection molding or related machineryExperience with CAD tools and ability to support layout/design conceptsStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsPlastics-focused degree (examples: Ferris State Penn State Erie Shawnee State similar programs)Exposure to turnkey systems automation or auxiliary equipmentInterest in both technical engineering work and commercial/sales activitiesExperience supporting proposals applications engineering or system-level solutions#LI-KH1 #LI-ONSITE
