Role: Technical Sales Representative Feed Additives & Premix
Location: Friona Texas (Primary) or Comanche Texas
Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday

As a Technical Sales Representative Feed Additives & Premix you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and sales teams helping drive business growth through specialized product knowledge and industry expertise. You will work closely with producers nutritionists and commercial livestock operations providing technical support identifying customer needs and recommending solutions that deliver value.

You will:

• Provide technical support and consultation to customers and sales professionals.
• Conduct farm visits and work directly with customers in the animal production industry.
• Interpret field data and provide recommendations related to nutrition production housing transport and equipment.
• Support sales activities by identifying customer needs and developing value-based solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations customer training and educational programs.
• Assist with product trials implementation and technical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing product development quality and manufacturing.
• Contribute to process improvements customer communications and industry outreach activities.
• Maintain technical expertise through ongoing training and professional development.

To succeed in this role youll bring a strong combination of technical expertise relationship-building skills and commercial awareness. You enjoy working directly with customers solving complex challenges and translating technical knowledge into practical solutions that create value.

• Bachelors degree in Animal Science Animal Nutrition Agriculture or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant technical sales nutrition or livestock industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of feed additives premixes nutrition programs and animal production systems.
• Ability to analyze data identify customer needs and develop value-based recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence customers and build long-term business relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering results and supporting customer success.
