What You Will Do:

  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assignedcompetitively-heldaccounts to meet profit increase goals

  • Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that willmaintainand grow sales

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers including plant or facility executives

  • Provide technical support to customers;identifyingand resolving customer challenges escalating as

  • Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis interpretingdataand providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing atoptimallevels

  • Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology in assigned customers to promote long-term business relationships with Nalco Water

Position Details:

  • Ideal candidate location is Denver CO but open to location within the territory near a major US airport

  • Territory covers the states of Colorado Wyoming South Dakota & Nebraska

  • Targeted accounts are within the Municipal/Wastewater industries

  • 15 - 25% overnight travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Five years of technical sales or field sales support experience

  • Position requires a current and valid drivers license

  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Physical Requirements:

  • Drive a company vehicle asto perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed todetermineeligibility to drive a company vehicle)

  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (chemical mechanical industrial) or life sciences (biology chemistry etc.)

  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience

  • Working knowledge of boilers cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The total Compensation range for this position is $107400-$161100 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
