Technical Recruiters (multiple openings) Jacksonville FL / Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

Our client a 40-year North American leader in the staffing and consulting industry is growing its delivery team and looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment.

In this role youll own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening to placement and beyond while acting as a strategic partner to clients. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys influencing hiring decisions building relationships and navigating complex technical talent markets.

What Youll Do:

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients providing market insights and consultative hiring guidance
• Source screen and submit candidates using LinkedIn Indeed ZipRecruiter and Bullhorn
• Independently manage recruiting workflows and prioritize a high-volume requisition load
• Manage contractor/consultant relationships through the full assignment lifecycle
• Maintain accurate up-to-date records in Bullhorn

What You Bring:

• 2 years of recruiting experience ideally in engineering or technical disciplines
• 1 years in an MSP and/or high-volume recruiting environment
• An assertive hunter mindset and proven client-facing experience
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Jacksonville FL or Charlotte NC

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $65000$75000 plus uncapped commission with realistic first-year total compensation in the $95000$100000 range. Medical dental vision life insurance PTO 401(k) and weekly pay.
