Job Summary

ITS is seeking Technical Recruiters to join our team at our corporate headquarters justoutside of Toledo Ohio. Whether you are experienced or just getting your feet wet in recruiting due to rapid growth opportunities we are hiring.

If you are in Corporate Recruiting and tired of making placements without the financial reward ITS has one of the best - if not the best - commission plus salary packages in the industry. Commissions available day 1 no hold back. Hybrid schedule may be available after the first 90 days.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with client hiring needs.
Source qualified candidates using your own strategies and the implemented technology.
Conduct screenings and interviews with candidates.
3 years of recruiting experience.
Ability to understand the needs relationship between client and candidate.
Strong time management skills a must.
