Role: Technical Project Manager
Location: Orlando FL 32817 Hybrid Role

2-3 years of experience in technical project management Scrum Master or hybrid PM/developer roles
Hands-on experience working with software development teams
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and software delivery lifecycles
Strong organizational communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in an evolving environment where processes are still being refined
Willingness to be onsite in Orlando at least 3 days per week (non negotiable)

Technical Environment:
Exposure to our working knowledge of the following is strongly preferred:
Low code/analytics platforms: Mendix Alteryx
Data and scripting: Python Snowflake
BI and visualization: Tableau Power BI
Automation concepts: RPA/UiPath (high level understanding)

Preferred Qualifications:
Scrum Master PMP or Agile certifications (preferred not required)
Exposure to RPA initiatives or automation projects
Interest in emerging AI enabled or data driven project work
