Technical Project Manager

Location: NYC (Hybrid at least 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team and support Agile delivery on software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running Scrum ceremonies and a strong ability to remove blockers so the team can stay focused and deliver on time.

Role and responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups sprint planning backlog work sprint reviews and retrospectives keep them short and useful
• Find and fix anything slowing the team down whether its a tech issue a people issue or something else
• Work closely with Product Owners to keep the backlog clear and ready for the next sprint
• Track team speed and progress and share updates with stakeholders
• Keep the team focused  block out distractions extra requests and interruptions during sprints
• Turn feedback from retrospectives into real changes for the next sprint

Qualifications :

• 3 years working as a Scrum Master
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or similar
• Preferred Certification: CSM PSM I/II or PMI-ACP
• Comfortable using tools like Jira Confluence and CI/CD tools like XLDeploy/XLRelease
