Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation program involving SailPoint IdentityIQ and Mainframe security (RACF).

The role involves end-to-end ownership of delivery spanning identity source-of-truth implementation lifecycle automation and mainframe RBAC decoupling. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with solid technical understanding of SailPoint integrations identity lifecycle processes and legacy system transformations.

Key Responsibilities (High-Level)

  • Lead end-to-end planning execution and delivery of IAM transformation initiatives across SailPoint and Mainframe ecosystems.
  • Drive program governance stakeholder communication risk management and milestone tracking across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Manage dependencies across upstream HR systems (Workday) SailPoint IdentityIQ Active Directory downstream applications and mainframe environments.
  • Oversee design and implementation of direct integration between Workday and SailPoint eliminating reliance on intermediate data sources.
  • Ensure implementation of identity aggregation correlation transformation logic and immutable identity generation within SailPoint.
  • Drive attribute write-back capabilities (e.g. logon ID email) and consistent identity propagation across enterprise systems.
  • Lead assessment standardisation and automation of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes for employees contractors and non-human accounts.
  • Oversee onboarding of applications into SailPoint using standard connectors and frameworks enabling automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Drive adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities for contractor onboarding self-service access requests and identity management workflows.
  • Ensure enhancement of access management workflows audit logging and compliance controls aligned with organisational policies.
  • Oversee discovery and analysis of RACF/mainframe security profiles and drive translation into RBAC models aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Manage design and implementation of RBAC roles across Active Directory Cognos Oracle EBS and other enterprise systems aligned to mainframe logic.
  • Drive replication and validation of mainframe security constructs into SailPoint or target RBAC models.
  • Ensure smooth transition of provisioning ownership from mainframe systems to centralised platforms by disabling legacy mechanisms.
  • Lead planning and execution of controlled decoupling and production cutover including validation checkpoints and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Define and drive comprehensive testing strategy including SIT UAT and regression testing across all transformation components.
  • Facilitate design workshops backlog prioritisation sprint planning and delivery tracking in agile environments.
  • Collaborate closely with architects engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and delivery quality.

Technical Skills & Experience

Core (Mandatory):

  • Strong experience managing large-scale IAM security or platform transformation programs
  • Good technical understanding of:
    • SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
    • Identity lifecycle management (JML)
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Experience with Workday integrations and HR-driven identity processes
  • Strong exposure to Active Directory and enterprise application integrations
  • Solid understanding of mainframe security concepts (RACF) and legacy system environments
  • Proven experience managing multi-stream cross-functional technical programs

Good to Have:

  • Hands-on exposure to SailPoint development/configuration
  • Experience in mainframe decoupling or legacy modernisation initiatives
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (REST SCIM LDAP JDBC)
