5 years of experience in program management finance operations strategic planning or business operationsnStrong financial acumen including budget management cost modeling and procurement processesnExceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with experience managing large data setsnDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership crafting materials that clarify priorities surface risks and enable timely decision-makingnProven track record of building cross-functional relationships and driving alignment across competing prioritiesnComfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex fast-moving environmentsnHands-on familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and data visualization tools such as Tableau
