Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse project portfolio balanced between technical integration initiatives and operational customer experience campaigns.
• Facilitate agile cadences PI planning dependency mapping and clean board management across Jira and Asana.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable scopes.
• Optimize request pipelines intake forms and operational handoffs to streamline collaboration and reduce organizational friction.
• Apply adaptable execution strategies by leveraging structured agile frameworks for technical deliverables and lean planning for operational projects.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 4 years of project management experience balancing technical delivery with business operational or customer experience initiatives.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira Asana and multi-team PI planning or agile frameworks.
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong fluency communicating technical data flows to engineers as well as content and user journeys to business partners.
• Pragmatic outcome-focused mindset with proven skill in knowing when to apply formal agile ceremonies versus streamlined check-ins.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous or loosely defined business requests into clear actionable project plans.

Bonus Points For:

• PMP certification.
• Background in customer experience operations or marketing tech enablement.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments or Trimble ecosystems.

Location: Westminster CO OR Atlanta GA (In Office 4 days/week)

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
